A walk-through first, always
Every home in the county is different, so we never quote from a square-foot formula. We visit, walk the home with you, note finishes and preferences, and then provide a clear, written quote for recurring care, a deep clean or new-home preparation.
Recurring clients can also schedule an Event Refresh before guests arrive, with at least 48 hours’ notice, which is useful in a county where holiday visits often mean family traveling in from afar.
